Beer Dinner at Frederick's Quynn's Attic June 28
We're hosting our first beer dinner at Quynn's Attic Tuesday, June 28. And from the looks of the menu, it won't be our last.
First Course
- Poached jumbo shrimp, grapefruit, roasted red pepper coulis
- Paired with our In-Heat Wheat Hefeweizen
Second Course
- Baby greens, breaded goat cheese, crisp shallots, sun-dried tomato vinaigrette
- Paired with our Old Scratch Amber Lager
Third Course
- Caramelized sea scallops, roasted sweet corn and edamame succotash, cilantro oil
- Paired with our Tire Bite Golden Ale
Fourth Course
- Smoked bacon-wrapped veal, pork, and beef mini-meatloaf, chipotle maple infused sweet potato puree, haricot vert, veal and ale jus
- Paired with our Snake Dog IPA
Finale
- Chocolate raspberry fondant
- Paired with our Gonzo Imperial Porter
